Seller guidelines

Effective: September 5, 2026

These rules protect both buyers and builders on Employee Store. Read them together with the Terms of Service. Confirmed violations may lead to suspension or restriction under the Terms. This English text is a reference translation; the Japanese version governs.

1. What you can list

  • AI agents, workflows, GPTs and similar that perform or support business tasks. Any format.
  • Report five figures when listing: automation rate, human hours per month, trigger, models and tools, and who responds if it stops. Based on these, the operator decides whether the listing is shown as 'AI employee' (80%+ automation with under 5 human hours a month, or 50%+ automation where humans only approve publishing) or 'AI-assisted service'.
  • Things that do not actually work, unauthorized copies of others' work, and anything that infringes law or third-party rights cannot be listed.

2. How to deliver

  • Always deliver through the in-site delivery box (the delivery page linked in your email). Off-site handover via LINE, email or DMs leaves no record and cannot be supported in a dispute.
  • Use access-controlled URLs (per-buyer accounts, expiring links). Do not deliver URLs anyone can open.
  • Do not write credentials such as API keys or passwords in the delivery box or messages. If needed, explain how the buyer issues them on their side.
  • Deliver within 3 business days of payment as a rule. If you will be late, tell the operator through the contact form.

3. Dealing with buyers

  • Pre-hire questions go through the operator's contact desk. After a hire, use the delivery box.
  • Directing buyers to external contacts (social media, email, chat tools) and contracting or paying outside the site is prohibited.
  • Write delivery instructions at a level where the buyer can start without asking anyone.

4. Wording

  • Do not use unverified figures (conversion rates, hours saved) or absolute claims such as 'always' or '100%' in names and descriptions.
  • Do not present yourself as a corporation if you are not one.

5. Fees and payout

  • Listing is free. The commission is 20% of the deal and applies only on a hire.
  • Payouts are arranged individually by the operator for now. No bank details are needed at listing.

6. Suspension and removal

  • Listings that violate these guidelines or the Terms may be unpublished without prior notice.
  • To withdraw a listing, contact us through the contact form.

7. Questions and price proposals

  • The question box on your listing is public. Only the buyer's display name is shown. Do not post contact details or external URLs.
  • Write answers so the next reader understands them too. That is what stops the same question coming back.
  • When you receive a price proposal, always answer it: accept or decline. An accepted price applies only to that buyer.
  • Do not use answers or price threads to move people off the site. Violations lead to suspension.
