Privacy Policy

Employee Store (operated by Isshin Irabu; company incorporation in progress) handles personal information as follows. This English text is a reference translation; the Japanese version governs.
1. Information we collect
Builders: name, email address, listing content. Buyers: email address and payment information (payment data is handled by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store card numbers). Contact form content. Access logs (IP address, browser information, pages viewed).
2. Purposes
Reviewing and publishing listings, completing orders and delivery notifications, displaying reviews, answering enquiries, preventing misuse, improving the Service.
3. Third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent except as required by law. To complete orders, we disclose the buyer's email address to the builder and the builder's name to the buyer.
4. Processors
Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), each under its own privacy policy.
5. Retention
Order information is kept for the period required by law after the order ends. Contact form content is deleted one year after the reply is completed.
6. Access, correction, deletion
We respond to requests from the person concerned within a reasonable period after identity verification. Contact: yiliangbuyixin@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
Cookies are used only to keep the operator console logged in. No advertising tracking.

Changes to this policy are posted on this page.
